How do I contact customer service?

Do you pick up and deliver for free?
Yes, within our current range of western NY and parts of central NY.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days and we do pickup and delivery to the same areas each week.
Do you offer expedited service?
Yes, depending on our current workload. Contact customer service for details and pricing.
Do you calibrate items at our facility, or yours?
We offer both types of service. Contact our office for details for which services best fit your needs.
Am I notified in advance if a repair is necessary?
We always notify the customer in advance of any repairs.
If I am shipping equipment to you, do I need an RMA number?
We do not use RMA numbers. Just ship to our address found in the contact sections and include a packing slip.
Do you send out recall notifications when my equipment is due for re-calibration?
If requested, we will send you a notification in advance if your unit is due for a calibration date either by postal mail, fax, or email.
Do I need to send a PO with the equipment?
We do not need a PO at the time we receive your equipment but we do require a PO before it returns to you.
Are you accredited to the ISO 17025 standard and the Z-540 standard?
Yes, we are accredited to both and you can find our certification and scope of accreditation on our quality page.
Can I get a replacement certificate or data if I need one?
All documentation is available for a period of 7 years. You can contact customer service or if you are a web customer you can retrieve this information online.
Do you rent or provide loaner equipment?
Unfortunately, we do not rent or provide loaner equipment.
Do you determine re-calibration dates for my equipment?
No, we do not set calibration cycles they are always determined by the customer. We are glad to provide you with the equipment history, which may help you with the decision on your interval for recalibration.
Do test uncertainties come with every accredited calibration?
Yes, test uncertainties are a requirement for an accredited ISO 17025 calibration.
